A one-time app purchase (₩9,900) gives you full access to 112 lessons, 112 quizzes, bookmarks, Quick Actions, and TTS. Only unlimited AI Tutor is a separate subscription (monthly ₩9,900 or yearly ₩99,000).

iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tutor Plus → Cancel. Mac: System Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Manage Subscriptions. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Per Apple App Store policy, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not hold payment information, so we cannot issue refunds directly.

We follow a strict anti-hallucination policy and cite primary sources for every factual claim. If you find an error, email us with the lesson slug and we'll fix it within 24 hours. Reported issues are prioritized.

Progress is tied to your device ID. Deleting and reinstalling the app issues a new ID and resets progress. iCloud sync is planned for a future update. If you need recovery, contact us with your previous device ID.

Yes. On Apple Silicon Macs (M1/M2/M3/M4) you can download the same app from the Mac App Store and run it in "Designed for iPad" mode. With the same Apple ID it's a Universal Purchase across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

The default model is Claude Haiku, optimized for cost and speed. Switch to Sonnet via the model picker in the toolbar for deeper answers — responses may take slightly longer.
