1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MUSE Preview Maker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License
MUSE Preview Maker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- You may use the App to create App Store preview images for your own applications
- You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App itself
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the screenshots, images, and content you create using the App. MUSE Preview Maker does not claim ownership of any content you produce.
- You are solely responsible for the content you create
- You must have the right to use any images or screenshots you import into the App
- You agree not to use the App to create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Resonance Space and protected by intellectual property laws. The device frames and UI elements provided within the App are for use within the App only.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RESONANCE SPACE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
7. App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.
8. Updates and Modifications
We may update the App from time to time. While we strive to maintain compatibility, we do not guarantee that all features will remain available in future versions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
